Job Description

Sales and performance:

Achieve and exceed sales, volume, and market share targets for assigned brands.

Customer engagement:

Build relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), organize scientific updates like CMEs, and provide tailored content to meet their needs.

Strategic execution:

Implement and execute marketing and sales plans to drive business growth.

Market analysis:

Monitor and report on competitor activities, including pricing, products, and strategies, to inform management.

Data and reporting:

Maintain customer databases in a CRM system and submit regular reports on sales activities and territory analysis.

Business development:

Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline.

Problem-solving:

Address customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
