Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, and geotechnical sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, government bodies, and key decision-makers.
Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project demands.
Coordinate with internal technical, design, and execution teams to prepare customized proposals.
Attend client meetings, site visits, conferences, and industry events to promote company capabilities.
Prepare and submit technical/commercial proposals, tenders, and quotations.
Maintain CRM systems to track leads, inquiries, follow-ups, and conversion ratios.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering/business administration or a relevant field.
An MBA in marketing/sales is preferred (not mandatory).
2-5 years of proven experience in business development or technical sales in construction/infrastructure.
Good understanding of geotechnical solutions, products, and project execution cycles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willing to travel extensively across assigned regions.
Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented individual.
