BUK & BX - All locations We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Please discuss the detail of the working pattern options for the role with the hiring manager. Introduction: We are looking for an experienced Lead (VP) to join our Sales IT team in Pune. The individual will play a key role in managing and executing the development, support, enhancement and build-out of strategic applications in our portfolio. As a part of the role the individual would also be responsible to work with the global team members towards delivery of agile sprints. This position involves hands-on application development using cutting edge technologies (Salesforce) in collaboration with our globally distributed development teams. What will you be doing Solution Development: . Define, design, and implement Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehouse (DW) strategies for operational, ad-hoc, and other BI-related reporting solutions. . Conceptualize business needs and work with senior stake holders to design mockup. . Work with MS BI reporting suites, QlikSense & Business Object technical team to Define and Plan physical implementation and operations. . Provide best practices and guidance regarding use of ETL, data modeling (relational and dimensional), and reporting deliverables. . Design and build complex relational data structures . Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts. Management and leadership: . Managing and Prioritizing work items. Drafting or refining Stakeholder requirement into tasks that the development team can execute . Work with the BA and Product owner to prioritize the backlog items and get a book of work . Participates in product demo(s), gather valuable feedback and work on prioritizing improvements for future development . Track the issues / escalations to global stakeholders and come up with mitigation plans as a part of overall Dev engagement . Encourage and empower the team to adapt to new technologies to provide best possible solutions to business What we\'re looking for: . Experience with design, and implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehouse (DW) strategies . Proficient in MS BI reporting suites, QlikSense & Business Object technical team to Define and Plan physical implementation and operations . In depth working knowledge of best practices and guidance regarding use of ETL, data modeling (relational and dimensional), and reporting deliverables. . A good understanding of the design and development of complex business reports . Working Experience with GIT, JIRA . Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills Skills that will help you in the role:- . Experience with Agile development methodology (SCRUM) .
