Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their event needs and preferences.
- Event Planning: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution, including logistics, catering, and equipment management.
- Sales and Marketing: Identify new sales opportunities, develop event proposals, and negotiate contracts to meet sales targets.
- Communication: Provide exceptional customer service through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Event Execution: Ensure client satisfaction and successful event execution.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in event planning, sales, or hospitality is preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with hospitality software and business management tools is a plus.
