Job Description
Position: Retail Sales Associate
Job Role :
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting company products
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Promote new collections, offers, and discounts to boost sales.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain store displays, racks, and shelves neatly.
Ensure sufficient stock availability and request replenishment.
Handle billing, cash, card, and return transactions accurately.
Resolve customer queries and complaints politely.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Experience : Fresher or Min 1 Yr Experience in Retail Sales or Jewellery Sales Can Apply
CTC: Up to 16K to 25K + incentives
Age Limit: Up to 30years
Location - Dehradun
