We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused

Sales Associate

with prior experience in the

service industry

. The ideal candidate should be fluent in

English and Kannada

and possess strong interpersonal and sales skills to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand their requirements Promote and sell company products/services effectively Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and offers Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally Achieve daily and monthly sales targets Maintain cleanliness and proper display of products at the sales area Coordinate with the team and report to the supervisor/manager Prepare basic sales reports and billing if required

Requirements:

Minimum

1-2 years of experience

in the

service industry

(retail, hospitality, F&B, customer service, etc.)

Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory

Strong communication and negotiation skills Customer-oriented attitude with a positive approach Basic knowledge of billing systems and MS Office is an added advantage

Pay: ₹228,444.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
