Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels - corporate, individual, channel partners, and digital. Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors or agents to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase brand visibility. Conduct presentations, product training, and client meetings. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business strategy. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the agency. Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal policies
