Roles & Responsibilities:-
Must have detailed knowledge on Real Estate Industry.
Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
Sells properties by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and help them to make the right choice. Follow up and keep recommending options
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Achieve sales targets and mentor team in achieving optimal performance
Ensure all team members are successful with their KRA Lead and mentor team Manage the information and sales systems Set monthly targets
Attend follow - up & closing meetings of prospective clients Manage Data & Relationship with Sales Agents
Converting clients site visit into sales. Follow up with clients for booking and Generate and track Leads for all project.
Carrying out pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure the accomplishment of projected sales targets.
Making weekly and monthly reports for management reporting and Individual performance tracking.
