for the position of Marketing Specialist Who are we? Co-founded by Mudit Dandwate (IIT Bombay) and Gaurav Parchani (IIT Indore) in 2015, Dozee makes use of AI-powered ballistocardiography (BCG) to capture vibrations from the human body and translate it into insightful vital biomarkers. It monitors vital parameters such as Heart Rate(HR), Respiration Rate(RR), Blood Pressure, Heart Rate Variability, Sleep and Sleep Apnea; accuracy for HR and RR is 98.4%. Dozee aims to provide Connected Health in Every Bed with continuous monitoring of vitals, Early Warning System and patient triaging. Dozee has upgraded over 7500 beds in 300+ hospitals across India monitoring 125K+ patients and saving 200K+ nursing hours. Dozee follows global standards in patient safety, data privacy and cloud security with FDA, IEC 60601-1/1-2, ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 27001:2013. Work closely with Dozees customers, sales team, internal PR and design teams to create a Create strategies and execute marketing initiatives for respective region to ensure lead brand Dozee in the region generation and higher retention of acquired customers Drive co-branding with converted accounts (hospitals, other B2B accounts) Execute BTL marketing to drive end customer awareness and education within converted accounts experts of the field the design team Work with Dozees PR team to lead PR campaigns and industry associations Design innovative ATL campaigns to drive further business and get them executed from Manage designing of marketing collaterals, working in close association with customers and Lead and ensure smooth organization of events with multiple stakeholders. Be a single point of contact for regional events and programs viz. conferences, health forums. What are the key requirements for the role? MBA degree in marketing, business, communication, sales, or a related field 1 to 8 years of professional experience in marketing, sales or in a management role Prior experience of working in marketing, especially around event management or account Strong organization and communication skills Leadership, problem-solving and networking skills Sharp business acumen and ability to think both strategically and tactically expansion and retention, is a plus Ability to prioritize in an ambiguous environment What makes us culturally unique?
