Job Title : Businee Development Manager
Loaction : Mumbai Andheri East
CTC - upto 7 LPA
Only Mumbai candidates would be preferred
Job Responsibilities/Description (mandatory):-
Responsible for franchise expansion all over India
Identify and sourcing prospective new franchisees
Sending franchisee proposal to potential investor.
Generating lead and finalizing of new potential franchises agreement.
Help franchisee achieve their targets by regular reviews, inputs and motivating
sales staff
Set and achieve franchise expansion plans.
Follow up and implement launching of new stores/outlets
Work closely with operation department head for making annual franchise plans and their implementation.
Job specification:
Graduate in any stream preferable with business studies
Minimum 1 year experience in sales sector
Knowledge about franchise business modality
Well communication skill
Hindi spoken an advantage
