: Sales Specialist - Real Estate Brokerage Company: Neev Realty Services Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Position Type: Full-Time Overview: We are a leading real estate brokerage firm in search of an ambitious and results-driven Sales Specialist. This role will be pivotal in driving our company\'s sales targets and expansion within the real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate landscape and an innate ability to close deals and foster long-term relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate market. Conduct property viewings and presentations for potential clients. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent growth in clientele and revenue. Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the sales process. Collaborate with clients to tailor offerings and ensure a seamless buying/selling experience. Market Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor strategies. Adjust sales strategies based on market insights to maintain a competitive edge. Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing team to ensure listings are showcased effectively and reach the right target audience. Engage with other sales professionals to share best practices and develop new sales techniques. Contract Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contracts to close deals that are advantageous to both the client and our company. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Real Estate, Sales, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of direct sales experience, preferably within the real estate sector. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs. Strong understanding of the local real estate market. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
