The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies, campaigns and promotions to increase the institute\'s visibility, analyze market and industry trends, and contribute to the overall growth of the institute\'s sales and revenue. Qualifications Bachelor\'s or higher degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field 5+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing, with experience in lead generation, email marketing, and developing marketing campaigns Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of digital marketing and familiarity with tools such as Hubspot, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and marketing automation platforms Familiarity with social media marketing, content marketing, and Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and conducting market research Experience in Salesforce and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Experience in the education industry, or working with non-profit organizations, is a plus
