Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships and generating leads. This is a full-time on-site role, located in Chennai. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work towards achieving sales targets and contribute to marketing campaigns. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Proven track record in sales and sales management Experience in training and coaching sales team members Ability to generate leads and close deals Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software An enggineer in Civil or mechanical Experience in the construction industry is a plus
