Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role located in Ahmedabad with flexibility for some remote work for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Fittingo Interior India LLP. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales and marketing efforts across different channels such as email, social media, and other digital channels. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work in close coordination with the marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to capitalize on business opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in an Interior Design related business Demonstrated knowledge of the marketing fundamentals such as positioning, messaging, segmentation, targeting, and pricing Familiarity with the latest trends and techniques in Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing Ability to create and critique marketing collaterals, ability to think creatively for innovative ideas Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills Self-starter, with an ability to think strategically, creatively and work independently and with teams Ability to multitask and pay attention to details, willingness to learn and adapt quickly
