Job Description


Responsibilities: * Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet business objectives.

  • Conduct market research to identify target markets and customer needs.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, online advertising, etc.).
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Identify sales opportunities and generate leads through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make necessary adjustments.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.
  • Travel to various locations (South Africa, the Philippines, the US, and Jamaica) to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and conduct market research.
  • Utilize language skills in French and Spanish to communicate effectively with international clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, both in-person and via virtual platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals closed.
Skills: * Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in French and Spanish languages.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, including email marketing, cold calling, and in-person sales.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
