Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong relationships with customers. The Sales Executive will work closely with other team members to identify new sales opportunities and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and other methods
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to increase repeat business
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up after the sale
• Collaborate with other team members to identify new sales opportunities and strategies
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company\'s products and services
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the management team
• Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company\'s CRM system

• Qualifications:
• Bachelor\'s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a Telecom Industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools
• Willingness to travel as needed for business meetings and events
