Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify, develop, and manage
B2B partnerships
with corporates, travel agencies, tour operators, and event management companies.
Drive
B2C sales
by building direct guest relationships, loyalty programs, and exclusive promotions.
Pitch, negotiate, and close contracts with corporate clients, event planners, and group bookings.
Represent the hotel at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to maximize brand exposure.
Marketing & Promotions
Collaborate with the
social media/digital marketing team
to design and execute online campaigns, advertisements, and lead-generation strategies.
Develop promotional offers, seasonal campaigns, and event-based packages to target both B2B and B2C markets.
Ensure consistent branding across all digital and offline platforms, harmonizing sales strategies with marketing communication.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to refine marketing approaches.
Revenue & Performance Management
Prepare and implement annual sales and marketing plans, aligned with revenue goals.
Track KPIs including lead conversion, occupancy rates, event bookings, and campaign ROI.
Work with revenue management and front office teams to optimize pricing, packages, and upselling opportunities.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve defined targets.
Collaborate with the
social media, reservations, banquet, and operations teams
to ensure smooth execution of promotions and client satisfaction.
Provide training and guidance in sales techniques, client relations, and hospitality service standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum
5 years' experience in hotel/resort sales & marketing
with exposure to B2B and B2C segments.
Strong existing network with
corporates, travel agencies, and event planners
.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and lead management systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create innovative marketing campaigns and achieve measurable results.
