Lead all hotel sales initiatives including corporate bookings, travel agent relations, and event sales.
Manage online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, website content, and email marketing.
Establish and maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and local businesses.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Coordinate with external vendors for advertising, public relations, and promotional events.
Oversee content creation, promotional materials, and hotel collateral.
Monitor ROI of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Work closely with the operations and front office teams to ensure brand consistency and guest satisfaction.
Represent Niko Hotel at industry events and networking forums.
