Arihant Publication India Limited is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic

Sales & Marketing Intern

to support its sales and customer engagement initiatives. The intern will assist in handling customer communications, responding to inquiries, and supporting online sales and marketing activities. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and an interest in sales, marketing, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries through

emails, phone calls, and online platforms

Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products and services Support the sales team in lead follow-ups and customer coordination Assist in online sales and marketing activities Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback Ensure timely and professional responses to customer queries Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively

Eligibility Criteria

Female candidates only Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation (any discipline) Strong

English communication skills

(spoken and written) Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or customer support is an advantage Comfortable handling calls, emails, and online communication tools

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
