Job Description

Candidates with experience in a Kolkata pub or nightclub will be an added advantage.

The person selected for this position will be responsible for achieving revenue goals by developing and executing sales and marketing plans, in-person sales meetings and networking, marketing our pub, and functioning as a public relations spokesperson to promote our pub locally.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Setting business development and strategy for our pub Extensive analysis covering all sales aspects of sales and preparing the marketing plan in line with the brand vision and objectives Setting up overall business strategy-product development, communication strategy, budget, calendar, and events calendar Manage an events schedule to maximize yield and ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events Attend events, as required, in order to build relationships with a network of potential customers and develop possible business opportunities. Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads Receive and convert incoming inquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
