We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Personal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and marketing, exceptional communication skills, content creation and writing skills and a proactive approach to some sense of dark humour. : Responsibilities: Sales Support: Assist the sales team in generating leads and expanding the customer base.
Follow up with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and sales presentations to large clients.
Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
Coordinate sales meetings and demonstrations.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries promptly. Marketing Assistance: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
Assist in market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Create and update marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
Manage social media accounts and engage with the online community.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Content Writing and Creating excellent strategies to penetrate the market for increasing sales.
Designing skills and video editing (Willingness to Learn, if no experience) Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwares.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
