Job Description
- Detailed :
- * Greeting customers and entertaining them in the store.
- Assisting in setting up the store layout/ rotating merchandising in display at least twice a month.
- Handle walk- in visits and online appointments. This also requires coordination with the principal designer and handling of her calendar for consultation requests and walkin meetings/ fitting sessions etc.
- Being first responder to the client queries on call or on Whatsapp.
- Handle sales - in store and through Whatsapp- This would also require the candidate to offer styling tips to the customer keeping in mind the technical details such as the fabric/ style/ customer's body type.
- Handle sales - with multi brand stores and sift the merchandise that needs to be sheared with such multi brand stores.
- Work with the production team to stay in sync with the pending orders and provide timely updates on a regular basis to the principal designer.
- Assist in formulating sale strategies- offers, discounts, gift cards, promo codes etc.
- Assist in updating the social media handle of the brand and coordinate with the respective social media stakeholders of the brand.
