Preparation of Sales Order, Delivery, Performa Invoice on SAP
Updating the Order, Delivery ,PI, Payment, Dispatch related details on Google Sheet
Updating shortage tracker, Addressing to shortages in a Timely Manner
Sharing PI with the respective clients
Following up with the Sales team and Clients for Payments
Getting Payment confirmation from Accounts
Instructing logistic team for dispatch
Ensuring the dispatch is done, Sharing the dispatch details with clients timely.
Publishing of MIS with the Sales Team
