This is a full-time role for Area Sales Manager - East.
He will be responsible for the below functions, broadly:
? Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our
products, resulting in new client development.
? Generate revenue from the assigned geographical location (east) by
implementing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets.
? Establish and nurture client relationships.
? Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals,
analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
? Research client needs and identify how our solutions address them
? Training session with users.
? New product promotion.
? Identify knowledge/skill gaps within the team and develop plans for bridging
them.
? Daily check-ins with MIS to set objectives and monitor progress.
? Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
? Market research for new products & new market generation.
? Train, lead team members and ensure that they are using effective sales tactics
to meet revenue objectives.
Skills & Qualifications
? Minimum 4-5 years' sales & marketing experience in PPE industry.
? Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or
related field is preferred.
? Knowledge of market, target client, product & competition.
? Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
? Proven experience in customer relationship management.
? Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
? Effective communication skills.
? Exceptional customer service skills.
? Ability to influence others.
? Team player with leadership quality & problem-solving capacity.
? Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
