Greet customers and understand their requirements Provide professional advice and product recommendations Maintain strong knowledge of products, features, and benefits Explain pricing, offers, warranties, and policies clearly Achieve individual and team sales targets Convert walk-ins, inquiries, or leads into successful sales Ask the right questions to identify customer preferences and budget Suggest suitable solutions based on customer needs Conduct product demonstrations when required Highlight value propositions and competitive advantages Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business Follow up with customers after sales for satisfaction and referrals Prepare quotations, invoices, and order details Update customer information in CRM or sales systems Coordinate with internal teams for delivery, installation, or service Assist customers with basic after-sales queries Ensure displays are attractive and products are well-presented Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
