Preparing maintaining & analysing daily/weekly/ monthly Sales reports related to all sales activities of the company
Managing all Expenses on basis of S for all field force
Managing all activities related to e-Reporting & mobile reporting (Training of Software to field force, Reporting Procedure, User creation/Deletion, DCR management, TP Management, Secondary sale management, Forwarding Circulars & Notification)
Liaising & negotiating rates with travel agents / tour operators for incentive travel, individual travel pertaining to internal company staff and clients
Co-ordinating with:
Vendors, for air tickets, rail tickets, visa and other travel related services
Doctors & field staff, for collection of necessary required documents related to Group travel or individual travel
Responsible for all financials associated with our travel agencies
Checking Monthly Expenses of FSE, TSM, 1st Line Manager, 2nd Line Manager, SM, NSM.
Continuous 24X7 coordination with Field Staffs & solving queries related to SANeForce
Last date of working updation.
Compilation Attendance for Salary Processing at the end of every month.
Attending BTP and giving training regarding the software
3C Reports making and sending to the Managers.
