This role requires someone with extensive experience and leadership skills, who can take ownership of our sales and marketing processes, and reengineer our approaches to get results.Responsibilities

  • Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales and revenue.
  • Meet planned sales goals.
  • Manage sales and marketing team and their performance.
  • Conduct and analyze market research on competitors.
  • Coordinate with other teams to manage lead generation.
  • Lead and develop a sales team through motivation, counseling, and relevant training.
  • Understand the business' ideal customers and how they relate to products.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or marketing.
  • A minimum of five (5) years work experience, with at least one (1) of those years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience leading a sales team to drive revenue for the company.
  • Experience with planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • Comfortable working with a diverse culture.
This is a full-time remote position, working with a company based in Los Angeles, California. Please apply only if you have the necessary equipment to work from home. Work hours will be Monday-to-Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. PST. Previous experience with working for an American company remotely is preferred, but not compulsory.Our Hiring ProcessThis role involves two interviews and a trial assignment.
