Job Description
MANAGER: SalesWe are looking for Relationship Managers to initiate and generate sales, through existing and new clients/business partners and with the zeal and potential to build a strong revenue base for the company.
KRA's/JD:
- Continually meeting and exceeding daily/ monthly targets with respect to calls, meetings, site visits, and revenue generation.
- Understand customer need and provide the best possible solution.
- Build a strong client base of existing and new customers.
- Generate new leads through promotional activities.
- Accountability for weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Develop and manage prospective clients.
- Ensure revenue generation enabling the Organization to meet its Business Plan &Objectives.
- Focus on building long-lasting customer relationships.
- Work from customer engagement to customer delight.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Labor Relations or Business
- Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork
