Gosalia & Co. www.rsgchemicals.com Description : Sales Executive \xe2\x80\x93 Chemicals Reporting to : Business Head Age group 30-35 yrs Location : Mumbai (Handles PAN India Account) Salary Range : Approx. 4- 5 lacs pa but not a constraint to deserving candidates. Incumbent would be responsible for developing and/or executing sales. Engineer with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial sales / marketing with strong technical & commercial mindset for customer/ product / application developments

• Prior work experience in plastics or polymer industry is preferred, with demonstration of strong value-selling and negotiation skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Strong interpersonal skills, business acumen and analytical capabilities

Responsibilities:

• Implement sales plan to meet annual volume targets and marketing plans

• Remain fully abreast of/provide insights on market conditions, trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities

• Manage credit and pricing, Incorporate supply chain constraints/strengths in sales planning

• Support Channel Partners (e.g. Distribution, OEM etc.) by providing targeted coaching to strategic distributors/sales pipeline coaching and sell-out support to their staff

• Effective and efficient use of internal expertise under guidance from Principal supplier

• Manage credit and pricing consistent with defined offer standards

Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 per month Benefits:
