Job Description

You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.Job Location : GurgaonLanguage : Must be proficient in either of the languages - Tamil, Kannada, Telugu or MalayalamResponsibilities : - Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers- Reach out to leads in line with salarybox guidelines and communicate organization\'s value proposition to prospects - Pitch, followup and close leads with discipline regularly- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends- Continuously improve through feedback.Qualifications : - Graduation is compulsory.- Minimum 1 year of Inside sales experience.- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work (ref:updazz.com)
