Knowledge of different salad and sandwich ingredients, flavor combinations, and presentation techniques. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and consistency. Strong communication skills. Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of salads and sandwiches according to the menu specifications and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regularly sanitizing food prep surfaces and equipment. Handle and store ingredients safely and in accordance with food safety guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders during peak hours. Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and any special dietary requirements or restrictions.
