Job Description
Role: Oversee and implement safety protocols across interior project sites.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce site safety plans, checklists and SOPs.
- Conduct toolbox talks, audits, risk assessments and safety trainings.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and client safety standards.
- Monitor site activities, identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain safety records, incident reports and documentation.
- Diploma/Degree in Safety Management (ADIS/NEBOSH preferred).
- Experience in construction/interior fit-out industry.
- Strong communication and site supervision ability.
