Review and comment on the HSE Plan prepared by the Contractor and submitted to the Client that would include

• Hazards Identification and Risk assessment
• Applicable legal requirements
• Industry specific HSE Codes
• HSE objectives and target
• HSE Roles and Duty
• HSE Trainings and Awareness
• Various Operation control procedures
• PTW
• Work at height
• Excavation
• Lifting Operations
• Confined space
• Electrical Safety
• Radiation Safety
• Firefighting and detection equipment
• Ladders
• Accident Incident reporting and investigation
• Compressed Gas Cylinder handling
• Welding Cutting and grinding operations
• Portable Hand Tools
• Emergency Preparedness
• HSE Inspections and Audits
• HSE performance Review and reporting
• Manual Handling
• Personnel Protective Equipment
• Scaffolding
• Noise control
• Dust control
• Other Health Hazards as applicable
• Environment issues
• Conduct monthly review of Implementation of contractors' HSE plan and report noncompliance to client
• Obtain and review contractor's HSE performance reports (Daily, weekly, monthly as agreed)
• Check that Contractors' carries out Basic and Specialized training programme
• Participate in Accident Investigations.
