Job Description
Desired candidate with min 8 - 13 years of experience in HIRA, Project Safety in the Construction field.r r
- r
- Monitor processes to ensure the project teams comply with all requirementsr
- Control information flows internally and externally in accordance with the document management requirements with Quality Assurance and project document management procedures.r
- Monitor progress and performance and report to the relevant Project Manager.r
- Checking the quality of documents to ensure compliance with project procedures and processesr
- Managing day to day administration of the document management system.r
- Ensuring the efficient delivery of project requirements.r
- Basic understanding of construction projects and documentation systemr
- Responsible for project folder set up, folder maintenance process, formulating registers and the point of contact for document, drawing number allocation.r
- Liaising with and distribute project related information with the project team and potentially external parties.r
- Provide support to Project Manager during Audit as required.r
- Producing quantitative, status and analysis reports.r
- Adhere to the company s document lifecycle procedures, processes and as required by the Project Manager.r
- Train employees about the project documentation system on how to use and access the documentsr
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documentation.r
Education: CA (Chartered Accountant), CS (Company Secretary), ICWA, M.Arch. (Architecture), M.Com. (Commerce), M.Ed. (Education), M.Pharm. (Pharmacy), M.Phil. (Philosophy), M.Sc. (Science), MA (Arts), MBA/ PGDM, MCA/ PGDCA, MD/ MS (Medicine), ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences), Master of Dental Surgery (MDS), ML/ LLM (Law)r r r r r r r Any Graduate
