Job Description


We are looking for a passionate sales executive to join our sales team. The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. To be successful as a sales executive you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch sales executive should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales. Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
  • Building and maintaining a CRM database.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Participating in sales team meetings.
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
  • Develop and execute lead generation and conversion strategies across Africa, Europe, North America, and South America to generate new business opportunities
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years\' quota carrying sales experience
  • Experience in SAAS sales
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
