Systems Administrator SaaS Ops

The IT Operations department at Toast is working diligently to improve and mature our processes and procedures in order to support our growing Toast employee\'s needs. The SaaS Ops team, within the IT team, is responsible for administering, maintaining, and deploying the SaaS environment that our Toast employees utilize to perform their work. Our cloud based infrastructure is continuously growing and we are hiring a new SaaS Ops Administrator to help balance the demanding workload.

This administrator will be expected to have a strong understanding of SaaS Ops procedures and policies, and also have strong communication and collaboration skills. This role will require constant cross collaboration work with peer teams, business application owners, and vendors. The administrator is expected to be able to communicate in a range of styles from highly technical to non-technical business administrative discussions. This administrator will work alongside a team of highly motivated, creative, and passionate individuals who are always looking for ways to support and improve the lives of our users.

Must have experience

• Okta

• Experience implementing SSO (SAML, OIDC, OAuth)
• Experience implementing provisioning and lifecycle management (SCIM)
• Experience building policies and access controls
• Experience with Okta expression language and building group rules
• Troubleshooting, configuring, and
• Google

• Experience administering users, groups and integrations
• Slack Enterprise Grid

• Experience troubleshooting and administering
• Experience creating and maintaining policies
• Collaborating with technical and non-technical partners and peers to improve SaaS experiences for our users
• Serving as a point of escalation for the Help Desk team on SaaS-related issues
• Writing and maintaining documentation related to SaaS application policies, procedures, and features
• Creating policies and guidelines to enforce SaaS best practices

Nice to have experience:

• Familiarity with regulated environments including SOC II, SOX & PCI
• Duo administration
• Mimecast administration
• GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
• Related application certificate (okta: Okta Certified Administrator)
• Jira and Confluence
• ServiceNow backend work - ticket intake, change management, reporting and dashboards
