Job Profile: Business Development Manager- Custom SAAS Sales

Job Location: Mohali/Chandigarh Region

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is the first point of contact between GreyB and potential new clients, and the very beginning of our sales cycle. You will be the voice of the company, introducing GreyB and explaining the business value our products bring to R&D and IP Departments all over the world. In this role, you become a real product and industry expert, using your knowledge to win new business leads.

What you will be doing:

Proactively learn & understand our products and our prospective clients well.

Understand customer pain points, requirements and correlate our SLATE solutions to our customer requirements.

Source new sales opportunities through outbound reach, cold emails, skype chats or phone calls, or anything to reach out to prospective customers.

Researching using varied and creative techniques to identify business opportunities (sales leads)

Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.

Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence.

Execute planned sales activities and develop a target list of high potential new customers.

Achieve monthly & quarterly quotas.

Perform effective online demos to prospects.

Requirements:

Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.

Ability to make focused efforts to close deals. The ideal candidate should be strategy-driven with a research-based approach.

Sales or lead generation exposure preferable.

Savvy with LinkedIn sales navigator and CRM tools.

Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.

Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
