• Manage S2P process and workflows in Ariba.
• Purchase Requisition reviews.
• Deliver Procurement Operations team weekly/monthly reporting and data analysis.
• Support the delivery of spend analytics and wider Europe Sourcing performance reports, e.g. spend, cost savings and objectives vs actuals.
• Respond to Ariba Ask Now queries within SLA.
• Support business requesters in their use of the Ariba (S2P) system, providing advice and resolution to queries.
• Provide technology support relating to Visa system implementations.
• Deliver Ariba and P2P training.
• Identify and develop plans for process improvement.
• Liaise with colleagues in the Global Sourcing teams.
• Support transformational change across the Sourcing function.
• Work with other stakeholders to embed change successfully across the business.

Facilitate audits, assisting both internal and external auditors.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• 5 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor\'s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor\'s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• Deep Source to Pay (S2P) process knowledge.
• Strong and proven Ariba system experience.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience in the delivery of training and composing training documentation.
• Track record of developing and delivering process improvements.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining stakeholder partnerships.
• Sound knowledge of business issues and procurement requirements.
• Ability to work within a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and putting customer in focus.
• Understanding of value creation and benefits realisation.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including lookups and pivot tables.
• Solid understanding of procurement operations best practices.
• Energy, pace, and a track record of delivery.
