Expertise in Sales & Operations planning.
Managing Inventory at the optimum level making sure that there is no non moving or slow moving FG as well as no stock outs at warehouse / consumer.
Tracking shipment to meet dispatch adherence targets.
Manage multiple stakeholder communication including supply planning, demand planning, distribution planning and sales & marketing team to ensure highest levels of OTIF.
Follow up with MRP team to ensure material availability to meet production plans.
Follow up with Supply planning to ensure production is done on time to meet inventory targets.

Primary Skills

Expert in Power BI.
Hands on experience in SAP APO planning books.
Hands on experience of working with an ERP tool (preferably SAP ECC).
Working knowledge of Tableau Platform.
Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills.
Comprehensive skills in query/reporting tools, spreadsheet applications and presentations.

Secondary Skills

Excellent oral & written communication in English.
Excellent stakeholder management.
Good understanding of collaboration tools like SAP SNC.
Industry knowledge of Manufacturing and FMCG.
Ability to lead and motivate teams working in a diverse multicultural environment.
