Key Responsibilities
A. RTO (Vehicle Registration) Management
Documentation & Submission: Manage and process all required documents for new vehicle registration with the respective RTOs (Ranchi, Koderma, Hazaribagh, Ramgarh, etc.).
Compliance: Ensure complete adherence to all RTO rules, regulations, taxes, and fees for different vehicle categories and customer types.
Liaison: Act as the primary liaison between the dealership, the customer, and RTO authorities to facilitate timely inspections, clearances, and the receipt of Registration Certificates (RC).
Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous digital and physical records of all registration files, tracking status and reporting progress to the General Manager and Sales team.
B. Insurance Policy Management
Policy Expertise: Maintain expertise in handling motor insurance policies and renewals, understanding different plans (e.g., comprehensive, third-party) and the products offered by various partners.
Sales Support: Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure every vehicle is delivered with a valid insurance policy.
Renewals & Claims: Manage the insurance renewal database, contacting customers for timely renewals, and assisting the service team with basic claim documentation support when necessary.
Revenue Generation: Drive revenue by promoting value-added insurance products, accessories, and warranty packages.
C. Coordination and Administration
Financial Reconciliation: Work with the accounts team to reconcile RTO-related expenses (fees, taxes) and insurance premiums, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Issue Resolution: Promptly resolve any discrepancies or challenges that arise with RTO documentation or insurance policy issuance.
Team Coordination: Maintain strong coordination skills to work effectively with the Sales, Accounts, and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) teams to align on delivery schedules.
