Job Description

:

  • Build and drive the training and development need assessment policy, processes and templates for the region.
  • o Assess collated training needs to segregate them into current and future needs.
  • o Create regional strategy and action plan for training and development of the talent within the region.
  • o Assess and build the budget and resource requirement list to facilitate training and development action plan execution.
  • o Drive awareness and interest in sales training across the region.
  • Evaluate the sales process to provide feedback on gaps and suggest productivity improvements.
  • o Create sales related content by benchmarking with competition and observing gaps during field visits.
  • o Deliver sales training using varied learning methodologies.
  • o Conduct sales training orientation for new joiners.
  • o Ideate and scout for developmental activities beyond classroom training.
  • Build process and templates to track training effectiveness.
  • o Track and monitor training effectiveness and ROI.
  • o Resolve any specific problems that may arise as trends on training effectiveness.
  • o Share training effectiveness reports with relevant internal stakeholders.
