Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.5. Stay updated on IT recruitment trends and best practices to ensure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.6. Provide regular updates to clients on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.7.
