• Source, screen and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
• Interview scheduling & Interact with the hiring managers.
• Hands-on experience with various job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Shine etc..)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrable experience in IT industry recruitment.
