The Bot Support Specialist will monitor the Bots performance and watch out for failures
especially in UAT/Production environments. He will fix the minor bugs and release the bug
fixes, while the major bugs will be escalated to the development team.
Responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Regularly monitor BOT for any failure
\xef\x82\xb7 Check logs on a daily basis for any error
\xef\x82\xb7 Analyse the issues identified and fix based on L1/L2/L3 responsibilities
\xef\x82\xb7 Work on developing small bug fixes and enhancements
\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with various SME\xe2\x80\x99s, technical & functional teams for issues
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensures documentation is well maintained.
\xef\x82\xb7 Reports status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis
\xef\x82\xb7 Readiness to work on overlap of 4-5 hours in the US Timings
\xef\x82\xb7 Readiness to work from an Apexon Office(Bang/Chen/Pune) Mandatory skills:
\xef\x82\xb7 Mandatory - 3-4 years experience in supporting bots in UIPath environment.
\xef\x82\xb7 Mandatory \xe2\x80\x93 UI-path advanced RPA developer certification.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ideal: 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Bot Development using UI-Path. At-least one-year is a must.
\xef\x82\xb7 At-least one year development experience in Automation Anywhere V11 or V360 is also a
must
\xef\x82\xb7 Must have worked on at least one support tool (Service Now, Jira etc)
\xef\x82\xb7 Must have BOT support exp for at-least 2 years
\xef\x82\xb7 Hands on Database concepts such Write/modify SQL Queries & Database connection.
\xef\x82\xb7 Good understanding of programming concepts and a programming background in any
coding language, preferably .Net or Python.
\xef\x82\xb7 Good understanding of various automation components and features in RPA
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge and exposure to Robotics enterprise (RE) framework
Good to have:
\xef\x82\xb7 Should be analytical and able to improvise configuration / coding to new situations to work
independently
\xef\x82\xb7 Should be flexible, energetic, and capable of making sound project decisions, Self-motivated
team player, action and results oriented
\xef\x82\xb7 Should possess strong communication skills Education: \xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in engineering/ Computer science or Equivalent Minimum 5years experience to Maximum-10 years
