Job Title: Senior RPA Developer
Location: Hyderabad, India
Position: Full Time Responsibilities:
- Delivering RPA solution per given requirement and delivering same within the timeline.
- Design and implementation of RPA solutions using the UiPath platform. This will involve in coordination with BSA analyzing the requirement, preparing SDD, designing, Developing and performing unit testing, and ensuring high quality and smooth delivery of the project and program.
- Involving in process improvement discussions and technical reviews, identify opportunities where automation can drive benefits and efficiencies for the business
- Working with the project teams and business/customer SMEs and IT teams, analyze existing business processes in detail in order to assess feasibility and to redesign those processes for an RPA-supported solution.
- Reporting metrics and governance structures are put in place to measure the performance and outcome of the RPA solutions being delivered to customers/internal
- Documenting Best Practices and Methodologies to enhance and improve the quality of RPA deliverables, creating of re-usable assets.
- Effective Communication with the customer and the relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of the projects and programs.
- Strong Expertise and experience with UiPath. With an overall experience of around 4 - 8 years, of which at least 2+ years of proven experience in working on live automation projects using UiPath.
- Experience and good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (Requirements Gathering, Development, Testing and Change Management).
- Experience with Process Discovery, Design, Analysis and Implementation (knowledge about common methods and RE frameworks)
- Hands-on work experience with automation tools viz., Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation anywhere or any modern process automation packages
- Have working experience and good understanding on all phases of Robotic Process Development Life Cycle that includes Requirement gathering, Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Implementation.
- Possessing any RPA technology certificate will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of other RPA technologies and development experience on the same.
- Ability to Individually develop automation use-cases.
- Developing process solutions in accordance with client specific standards and/or RPA design principles and conventions.
- Configuring new RPA processes and objects that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
- Creating and maintaining solution and other process documentation.
- Excellent Analytical skills and the ability to grasp new products and scale up in a very short span of time.
- Problem solving skills for resolving day to day issues & providing timely responses / updates on same.
- Flexible in working.
