Position: RPA Solution Architect : The RPA Solution Architect is an integral part of the RPA development organization. The Solution Architect will be responsible for analysing business processes and identifying/implementing automation solutions. Location: Trivandrum Position: Fulltime/On Rolls Required: 10+ years of IT SDLC development, 5+ years of Robotic Process Automation, 5+ years in an IT leadership role Key Responsibilities:

• Candidates with automation experience in ERP & SCM applications

• Analyse business process, identify automation opportunities, assess feasibility

• Analyse, understand and document the business processes in detail as required

• Develop Current State & Future State process flows

• Identify and communicate the technical infrastructure requirements to deploy RPA solutions

• Configure new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand using Automation Anywhere

• Create and maintain solution documentation

• Troubleshoot issues that arise in routine operations of Client\'s RPA processes, provide timely responses and solutions as required.

• Work within project planning constraints, communicate identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and provide inputs to the change control process.

• Create and document test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases

• Support Operational Teams during UAT and rollout

Qualifications:

• Proven technical experience in an IT programming development environment in Automation Anywhere

• Hands-on development experience in any of the programming languages/platforms - .NET / VB / VC++ / C++ / J2EE \xe2\x80\x93 experience on Microsoft stack preferred

• Experience in new development projects

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office \xe2\x80\x93 MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Access, MS Word, MS PowerPoint

• Experience in Test Driven (TDD) development

• Hands-on experience in SAP ECC, S4HANA, Digital Supply Chain Applications is preferred

• Strong in requirement gathering and analysis \xe2\x80\x93 structured, methodical, inquisitive, analytical

• Strong in design principles and modular programming techniques

• Ability to lead a team business analysts, developers and testers to implement automation solutions independently

• Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams.
