What You\'ll Do:
Organization, communication and reporting:
Define the right balance between a centralized and a decentralized RPA organization.
Formalize of an \xe2\x80\x9cRPA offering\xe2\x80\x9d for GF (presentation decks, Confluence space, communication plan\xe2\x80\xa6)
Raise awareness of RPA within GF teams to encourage use case submissions
Report regularly on RPA KPIs (number of requests, builds, total ROI\xe2\x80\xa6)
E2E work on robots:
Act as point of contact for internal business teams to automate GF processes
Support use case enrichment and ROI definition
Write technical and functional specifications (inc. process architectures) of internal processes to automate, in a project design document (PDD)
Develop robots
Seek peer review and validation on your robots, provide peer review and validation on robots built by others
Write and execute test phases, together with business clients
Deploy robots (on premise and/or orchestrator)
Perform maintenance (business evolutions, technical evolutions, incidents\xe2\x80\xa6), monitoring and continuous improvement of robots
Software and license:
Work with IIT on potential RPA tooling evolutions (e.g. evolutions)
Provide Internal IT with the right rationale and forecasting for yearly licensing renewals
Who You Are:

You must have a good knowledge of the Power Automate and/or UiPath platforms. Certifications are a strong plus.
Robot migration, virtual machine, orchestrator know-how.
Ability to rethink processes to automate and improve them.
Finance processes knowledge (SOX Controls, LTC, OTC, Audit etc.)
You have a level of English that allows you to exchange in an international context.
You know how to work in an agile environment.
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to learn independently.
Coding skills : C# and/or VB.net.
Power BI, Excel (+VBA), Talend, SAP is a plus.
