Specific

• Should be well versed with BBMP Handling
• Should have good contact with Authority Engineers, Local contacts, Chief Engineers and Commissioners
• Interface with various ROW authorities for permission
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
• Serve as Community Liaison Officer when required
• Coordinates with Authority persons for application movement within wards
• Handle Rok authorities and different authorities like PWD, Panchayat, Elicita, and Corporations Etc.
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Submitting documentation to various departments
• Strong understanding of utility distribution networks for better Delivery
• General understanding of Fiber optic cable system design and theory
  

General

• Direct and manage RoW project development from beginning to end.
• Define RoW project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale RoW plans and associated communications documents.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Draft and submit RoW budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts on RoW
• Identify and manage critical path.
• Serve as Community Liaison Officer when required.
  

Position Requirements

• Minimum of 12 to 15 years' experience and years direct work experience in a RoW Management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently, and flexible during times of change.
• Ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors
• Strong written and oral communication, and strong interpersonal skills
• Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial

• Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.
• Sitting for extended periods of time.
• Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
