: Maintain accurate records of orders, sales, and guest preferences, often using point-of-sale (POS) systems.

: Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally to ensure high guest satisfaction.
Compliance
: Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met, and follow company policies and procedures.
