Key Responsibilities:
Answer room service calls promptly and courteously
Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen staff
Provide recommendations and upsell menu items
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery
Handle guest requests and resolve complaints professionally
Maintain knowledge of the menu, specials, and dietary options
Ensure order accuracy and adherence to hotel standards
Process payments as needed and maintain records
